The Door Shop Administrative Assistant coordinates key punches in door shop production tickets, prices out and estimates millwork and trim, and handles A/R billing.

• Types in door quotes and puts into production
• Organized A/R and mails statements/invoices
• Helping and handling customer calls, changes to orders and quotes, and also the scheduling/confirmations of deliveries.
• Communicate with the shop and or shipping team to let them know of any changes that may pertain to that department.

• Word Processing Software
• Spreadsheet Software

• Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
