Position Summary

Shermco Industries is seeking Generalk Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Austin location ($20M/15+ people). This includes managing staff, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that the company is meeting its goals and objectives. To be considered, a bachelor's degree in engineering is required and ideally 5 years of engineering experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience in operations/general management to include P&L ownership OR we may consider someone who has worked in a Technical Project or Program Manager capacity who has managed multiple projects simultaneously ($5M-$10M).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required for this role
• Ideally 10 years of engineering and management experience to include P&L ownership OR we may consider someone who has worked in a Technical Project or Program Manager capacity who has managed multiple projects simultaneously ($5M-$10M)
