  • Reporting and integrations: Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports for planning and executive reviews; implement integrations (APIs, MID Server, ETL) to synchronize ServiceNow with BI tools, Jira, and other systems.
  • Data management and uploads: Own bulk upload, incremental update, and data validation processes for activities and milestones in ServiceNow.
  • Portfolio governance and processes: Develop portfolio level governance reporting, automated status rollups, approval workflows, and codified governance processes in ServiceNow.
  • Workflows, backlog, and prioritization: Design, build, test, and document ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Flow Designer automations; maintain a client prioritized backlog and facilitate prioritization sessions.
  • Collaboration solutions: Develop ServiceNow features that enable cross team coordination, status sharing, and collaboration workflows.
  • Stakeholder engagement, training, and events: Lead working sessions, present technical designs to leadership, generate reports for planning events, and create user guides and training.
  • Quality, security, and documentation: Ensure solutions meet data stewardship and security requirements; produce technical documentation, runbooks, and acceptance criteria.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of professional experience in IT consulting; minimum of 1 year of development experience with ServiceNow or other leading enterprise IT platforms.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development including Scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, CMDB fundamentals, Project/PPM or Agile modules.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and facilitation skills; able to translate technical concepts for senior leadership, teach end users, and lead stakeholder workshops.
  • Track record of delivering on schedule, managing competing priorities, and documenting decisions and runbooks.
  • Ability to obtain DHS entry on duty (EOD)/suitability or a security clearance; U.S. citizenship required for federal contracts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with Jira, Git, or similar ALM tools.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or other ServiceNow certification
  • Experience in ITSM/ITOM/Project Portfolio Management,
