Essential Functions
Partner with Jazz leadership to establish and maintain functional area specific processes and metrics to predict and monitor labor capacity requirements as well as drive efficient planning to meet functional and project work requirements Able to reconcile competing and complex business problems to deliver sustainable solutions that are able to simultaneously support and inform project teams, functional and portfolio business questions. The person must routinely communicate with functional leaders complex ideas succinctly and persuasively The forecast solutions must be able to anticipate resource bottlenecks and support the evaluations of options to concurrently inform portfolio, functional and project team decisions Provide leadership with FTE estimates for new portfolio and development opportunities as well as visibility for FTE requirements to support approved development activities Lead and manage Jazz Enterprise Capacity Management processes in partnership with Finance and Human Resources to establish and maintain robust capacity planning solutions in support of annual and quarterly financial planning Responsible for managing and evolving the metrics and algorithms that help anticipate capacity needs that are timely and actionable by leaders of project teams, functions and portfolio governance Influence design and strategy across Jazz Plan and Jazz Rhythm to ensure alignment with capacity planning needs Partner with DEC to create, maintain, and enhance downstream reporting of capacity and schedule data
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry Demonstrated knowledge of capacity management in a Planisware environment Demonstrated ability to implement established Project Management methodologies and reporting systems Experience working closely with and presenting to members of Senior Leadership Experience leading and working within global multifunctional project teams to establish and implement process change and/or develop deploy software solutions Demonstrated ability to effectively lead team discussions to collaborate toward pivotal strategic and tactical outcomes Experience leading in a matrix environment and collaborating across multiple business units
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses
Education Required: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, pharmaceutics, operations, math, or healthcare related discipline.

For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $141,600.00 - $212,400.00 Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis. At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
