Job Summary: Senior Sales Operations Manager (Individual Contributor)
Avaya is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and improve salesforce productivity. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role that functions with a "player-coach" mentality-providing executive-level strategic advice while remaining deeply involved in data and systems.

Core Responsibilities
* Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Act as the primary architect for sales forecasting and opportunity management, ensuring high data integrity and predictability. This includes running forecasting calls on behalf of sales leadership when necessary.
* Performance & Compensation: Define and track KPIs required for sales success. You will manage the technical assignment of quotas and collaborate with Finance and HR to administer sales compensation plans.
* Process Optimization: Partner with sales leadership to identify, design, and implement improvements to sales processes and management systems.
* Strategic Planning: Establish quality and accuracy in budgeting and planning to ensure alignment with broader company goals.
* Project Leadership: Lead the implementation of large-scale initiatives that impact the sales organization to ensure they meet productivity goals.
* Trusted Advisor: Serve as a business partner to leadership, providing data-driven insights regarding growth and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
* Analytical Powerhouse: Demonstrated success in the analysis, design, and improvement of complex sales processes.
* Technical Proficiency: A sophisticated understanding of CRM architecture, sales performance metrics, and KPI tracking.
* Expert Communicator: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior executives.
* Independent Driver: An assertive worker who takes full ownership of the sales operations function with minimal oversight.
* Strategic & Tactical: Capable of mastering both daily hands-on analysis and big-picture strategy.
* Proven Experience: Significant background in sales, revenue, or commercial operations within high-growth environments.
