Location: Four Seasons Environmental, Inc. - Chamblee, Georgia - CDC Campus

Min. Yrs. Experience: 1 year (Previous warehouse experience is a plus)

Salary Range: $27.53/per hour plus fringe benefit of $11.60/hr. ($8.60 H&W / $3.00 401k contribution)

Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday (8 hr. shift)

• Shift Differential: 4% (2^nd shift) or 6% (3^rd shift) differential pay only if the majority of hours worked fall within the shift differential window

Job Description:

Performs general maintenance and repairs of equipment, office furniture and buildings requiring practical skills and knowledge of painting and carpentry. Work involves a variety of the following duties: assisting in the installation of furniture, computer peripherals, furniture and equipment moving, and must be able to drive proficiently a large and small stake body and box truck. Must be able to lift heavy and medium objects. Must be able to drive carious types of warehouse forklifts. A good knowledge of painting, carpentry, and metal work.

Abilities, Skills, and Knowledge Required:

• Previous warehouse experience
• General maintenance of small commercial equipment

Requirements:

• Employees may be subject to immunization and testing requirements pursuant to Client and current Company requirements.
• Employees must meet the requirements of the federal credentialing process to access the facility, which includes but is not limited to, obtaining facility access (aka PIV card, smart card, access card, badge) and meeting ongoing training and access requirements.
