About the role: We operate at the forefront of minimally invasive cancer therapies and are continually expanding into new geographies and high-growth adjacent markets. Our technology portfolio supports personalized dosing, reproducible clinical outcomes, and a strong pipeline. This role demands a professional with strong clinical aptitude, capable of working in a collaborative team environment. A deep understanding of angiography labs, microcatheter techniques, and interventional radiology workflows will be critical. As a Clinical Representative for TheraSphere, you will promote Boston Scientific's radioembolization solutions within a defined geographic territory by driving adoption within existing accounts, securing new clinical partnerships, and contributing directly to growth and revenue. Your responsibilities will include: * Assist in executing a proactive regional plan integrating clinical, sales, and service support to increase adoption of TheraSphere, grow market share, and elevate the standard of customer care. * Serve as the primary clinical resource for TheraSphere in your territory-supporting case planning, troubleshooting, dose calculations, and customer training. * Attend TheraSphere procedures in customer accounts, advising physicians on catheterization techniques, dosimetry strategy, and radiation safety best practices. Represent the IOE field organization during BSC clinic/lab days. * Educate interventional radiologists, oncologists, and support teams on the clinical advantages and optimal use of TheraSphere through in-person and virtual presentations, workshops, and hands-on demonstrations. * Provide supplemental training support for new site launches, complex dosing scenarios, and high-touch clinical accounts. * Respond to customer questions, technical issues, or product concerns by formulating solutions or coordinating with internal experts and service teams. * Oversee consignment inventory, perform regular audits, manage logistics for betaemitting microsphere vials (expired product returns, safe disposal). * Ensure timely collection, reporting, and compliance of all medical and regulatory documentation related to procedure records, dose logs, safety reporting, and product usage. * Uphold the Quality Policy by embedding quality into all activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting audits or investigations as needed. Required qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical, interventional, or medical device field * Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred qualifications: * Prior experience with radioembolization (Y90 therapies, transarterial radioembolization / TARE) or related interventional oncology procedures * Proven field clinical experience with angiographic workflow and catheter-based therapies * Experience selling into nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, or oncology. * Ability to manage a high volume of accounts, travel extensively, and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills, molecular mindset, and willingness to be coached, collaborate, and mentor others * Familiarity with radiation safety, dosimetry principles, and regulatory documentation desirable Requisition ID:626181 The anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $90,000 to $120,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
