We are seeking a Director, Corporate Real Estate to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of our enterprise-wide real estate portfolio. Position SummaryThe Director, Corporate Real Estate is responsible for defining and executing the company's real estate strategy, governance framework, and capital planning approach across all facilities. This role will provide strategic leadership across site selection, portfolio optimization, real estate transactions, and major capital projects including new construction, expansions, and renovations. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director serves as a trusted advisor, ensuring real estate investments align with enterprise strategy, operational priorities, and long-term business objectives.
