As manufacturing and production capabilities expand across multiple sites, the workforce strategy supporting those teams must scale with equal rigor. You will play a central role in shaping how the organization grows-helping leaders navigate organizational change, workforce scaling, leadership capability development, and operational workforce strategy across a mixed population of hourly technicians, engineers, and operational leaders. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with broad influence across the business and HR ecosystem. The successful candidate will bring deep experience supporting operational environments and will be comfortable operating in fast-paced conditions where both speed and sound judgment are required.
