2nd Shift: Monday - Friday | 4:30 PM - 12:30 AM

This Lead Quality Technician job in Grove City is for people who take pride in precision. You'll help your crew turn out products that meet the mark and stand the test of time.

What It Takes to Keep Quality Strong

• Previous experience in manufacturing quality inspection
• Strong attention to detail and inspection accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience using smart devices such as tablets or mobile applications
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Reliable attendance
• Experience using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers (preferred)
• Ability to read engineering drawings or blueprints (preferred)

On the Floor, Every Shift

• Perform product inspections using industry-standard methods such as visual comparison, dimensional measurement, and functional testing
• Record inspection results and maintain documentation using the project tracking system
• Identify and document acceptable, repaired, and rejected parts
• Follow established quality standards, inspection procedures, and workflow processes
• Review work instructions and collaborate with supervisors or customers to ensure inspection requirements are met
• Manage inspection tools and equipment at customer locations
• Communicate inspection findings and updates with team members and supervisors
• Travel to multiple customer facilities to perform quality inspections as needed
• Support special inspection projects based on customer needs
