We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager who thrives on winning new business. This role is built for a true sales hunter who is energized by prospecting, opening doors with senior executives, and closing complex workforce solutions deals.

You will focus on identifying high-volume enterprise opportunities, building strategic relationships, and delivering customized staffing and performance-based solutions that solve real operational challenges for clients. Success in this role comes from relentless prospecting, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Compensation Structure -
Base salary ($80-95k based on experience) + Commission

Work Model - 100% remote but must be willing to travel to client sites during sales processes

What You'll Do



  • Prospect aggressively to identify and develop new enterprise business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and strategic targeting.
  • Secure meetings with senior executives and key decision-makers to uncover workforce and operational challenges.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations that uncover pain points and position tailored solutions.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations that demonstrate ROI and business value.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through negotiation and deal close.
  • Develop pricing strategies and proposals that align with profitability goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to design and deliver custom workforce solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Maintain detailed pipeline visibility and activity tracking within CRM systems.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to generate new leads.



What You Bring



  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience with a strong track record of winning new business, specifically within staffing
  • Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise-level organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, open doors, and close complex deals
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a fast-moving pipeline
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Actual pay may vary based on location, experience, and performance.
