• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work with internal teams and external clients professionally
• Strong typing and data entry skills required
• Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM with accuracy
• 45-55 WPM preferred; 50-70 WPM ideal
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling requests in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with contractors, public adjusters, tenants, and policyholders
• Coordinate schedules in support of insurance claims and inspection appointments
• Provide timely, accurate customer support to internal teams and external clients
• Respond to incoming requests and maintain clear communication with all parties involved
• Update and maintain scheduling records and documentation accurately
• Ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and within required timelines
