Your Ticket In

• 1 year minimum related experience.
• Some college preferred, HS diploma is acceptable
• Ability to read engineering drawings and B.O.Ms
• Have knowledge of different types of hardware
• Experience using hand and power tools, as well as crimpers.

Your Role on the Line

• Assemble UPS systems using engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and visual references
• Verify incoming materials for accuracy and completeness prior to integration into assemblies
• Route wiring and install mechanical and electrical hardware in accordance with Clary Corp workmanship standards
• Follow written, verbal, and visual instructions to accurately complete assigned tasks
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Perform work in a fast-paced, production-focused environment while standing for extended periods
• Safely lift and handle materials weighing up to 60 pounds as required
