Job Summary

The Global Product Manager - Nextida owns Nextida platforms post-launch, ensuring scalable growth, disciplined expansion, and strong commercial performance. This role is essential in bringing operational excellence in innovation, quality, sales and marketing. You develop a strong product expertise and are the go-to person for all product related topics. This role ensures commercial discipline while balancing scale, complexity, and profitability.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Define and own the global product portfolio strategy and roadmap for launched Nextida products
  • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for the portfolio, including new application targets
  • Partner with Innovation, Science, and Marketing to align portfolio strategy with clinical data and market needs
  • Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Own post-launch lifecycle management of Nextida products, from initial scale-up through maturity
  • Identify optimization opportunities based on customer feedback, performance data, and regulatory developments
  • Coordinate updates to product specifications, claims, and positioning as evidence and markets evolve
  • Partner with Global Marketing to deliver accurate and compelling sales enablement materials, including product guides and FAQs
  • Define clear product positioning, value propositions, and pricing logic for Nextida products
  • Support Sales in strategic customer engagements requiring deep product and platform expertise
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, commercial execution, and co-branding

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Food, Pharmaceutical, Chemistry or Nutritional science, followed by Marketing and/or Economic studies or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional Product Management experience
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the Overseas trips may require travel during weekends
Preferred Qualifications. Knowledge and Skills:
  • Experience and knowledge of Bl Tools is preferred
  • Experienced project manager with experience in NPD, improvement projects, launch - post launch
