Role & Responsibilities Dassault Systemes is hiring an Industry Business Development leader with deep expertise within the rail infrastructure industry driving the DS Integrated Market Development strategy. Your mission will include evangelizing the power of the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform, expanding revenue, winrate, and market presence across rail-related industries. As a customerfacing leader and business catalyst, you'll bridge Industry, Brands, GEOs, and Clients. You will take opportunities from identification through negotiation to deal signature. You will partner closely with the Industry Business Value Consultant to craft compelling strategic value stories and ensure every engagement aligns to the client's most critical business outcomes. This role requires strategic vision, strong crossfunctional influence, and proven experience closing complex, highimpact deals. Qualifications * Engineering degree or equivalent technical or industry background. * 15+ years experience in assetintensive or assetheavy industries and proven experience in business development, strategic capture, or partnership leadership roles with the ability to originate, shape, and secure highvalue engagements. * Established and trusted network across asset owners, operators, global general contractors, and the broader industrial ecosystem, enabling executivelevel engagement and partnership development. * Deep understanding of large capital project delivery, asset lifecycle management, and the strategic drivers influencing investment, performance, and transformation. * Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders, navigate complex decision processes, and position differentiated value propositions that drive longterm business impact. * Strong crossfunctional leadership and influence, mobilizing internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to secure and deliver strategic initiatives. * Fluent in English; French and other languages are considered strong assets.
