The Job Responsibilities

Draeger is hiring an Rental & Safety Services (RSS) Site Coordinator to work on-site in our Houston, TX office.


We are seeking an RSS Site Coordinator to provide support during all phases of any X-VIZ project. Including programing and setting up basic I.P. addresses. Assist in all pre & post phase operational requirements and work onsite in various roles as directed by the X-VIZ Manager and or Business development Director.


Responsibilities



  • Configure, calibrate, and maintain all Draeger X-VIZ equipment as required.
  • As projects demands, be deployed to customer's sites depending on day-to-day operational requirements. Be willing to Climb Structures (Including Towers that can extend to at least 300 feet).
  • Promote customer satisfaction through proactive, professional communication with the Customer.
  • Support warehouse/logistics to locate and pack all X-VIZ equipment for shipment, as well as being willing to assist in working with the Draeger R.S.S Safety Division in any relate activities.
  • Actively participate in mentoring of new employees and be open and willing to learn new task and accept new objectives. This includes and not limited to training department employees to perform functions and tasks necessary to achieve department goals using written policies, procedures, and other documented X-VIZ training aids where applicable.
  • Offer assistance and support to customers, Draeger sales personnel, distributors, manufacturer reps and authorized service providers as required. Provide information and feedback to Technical Support and Manufacturing for problem identification and resolution leading to product/process improvement.
  • Contribute to service growth by seeking and developing sales/service opportunity leads that promote product sales and rental activities.
  • Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or the equivalent in education, training, and experience.
  • Two (2) plus years of experience in an industrial service environment, preferably with analytical instrumentation, with a demonstrated proficiency in performing minor electrical troubleshooting.
  • Minimum one (1) year of Confined space attendant service experience required
  • Must have strong communication skills and be able to effectively articulate and communicate company and product information to external and internal customers on a daily basis.
  • Must be able to pull/push products greater than 70 lbs. with mechanical assistance (pallet jack)
  • Must be able to ascend\descend tall towers, scaffolding, ladders and lift product
  • Local Safety Council Training and TWIC card required
  • Hazardous goods training (provided) required
  • Must possess valid driver's license and have acceptable driving record
