We create possibilities that move life and commerce forward
Welcome to Manhattan. Every day, our supply chain commerce technology connects two billion people to 20 billion consumer choices. In the warehouse, on the road and in the store, we make what was once impossible, possible. If you want to tackle complex problems and redefine markets, you've come to the right place. The Solutions Engineer serves as the technical architect and anchor for Manhattan Associates' Enterprise Mobility (EM) business, designing integrated solutions that bridge supply chain software with advanced hardware and managed services. Acting as a "bridge builder," this role scouts emerging technologies-such as RFID, robotics, and computer vision-to establish technical beachheads and determine their viability for global enterprise environments. You will be the primary technical authority throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring that Manhattan offers modern, coherent, and supportable solution stacks that solve complex operational challenges. By aligning OEM roadmaps with software offerings and maintaining these technical "bridges" over time, the Solutions Engineer directly influences the team's growth and defines the technical foundation for future revenue streams.
