Day in the Life

• Prepare and maintain coffee stations, including brewing coffee and ensuring supplies are stocked throughout the day.
• Assist with internal mail distribution by collecting and delivering mail and packages to designated departments.
• Help with office and meeting room set-ups, including arranging tables, chairs, and materials as needed for meetings or events.
• Ensure common service areas remain organized and presentable.
• Provide general support to the facilities or office team as needed.
