KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Transition & Transformation to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Transition & Transformation workstreams focused on Managed Services design, optimization, outsourcing strategy, and procurement transformation within a managed services consulting environment; remain accountable for execution of transition management and transformation projects; lead transition project governance, planning, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, and operational readiness
  • Work directly with all stakeholders from KPMG and client teams to plan and deliver Transition projects, leveraging Transition Playbooks and related materials; partner with cross?functional teams to define delivery requirements, integrate enabling technologies, and support transition?to?steady?state operations
  • Participate and lead development and enhancement of new solutions by providing Management and Transition requirements; review solution designs with engineering teams; support pre?sales and sales processes through input to proposal materials
  • Offer continuous improvement of Transition processes; support process improvements and updates to Transition frameworks and solution playbooks based on client experiences; maintain an AI?first, value?driven mindset to identify lean transformation opportunities to standardize, automate, and innovate during transitions and beyond
  • Navigate ambiguity and drive strategic outcomes with hands?on execution across complex stakeholder environments
  • Support managed services engagements through steady?state operations while ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and delivery across dynamic, fast?paced environments
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in project implementation, project and program management, with domain knowledge in financial services, cyber, or cloud?based SaaS preferred, within consulting or managed services environments; prior consulting experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications preferred; Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and/or progress toward PMP certification also acceptable
  • Background in client?facing environments, with technology or digital experience at a Big Four or equivalent firm preferred; demonstrated ability to manage complex workstreams, collaborate across teams, and deliver high?quality outcomes in client scenarios
  • Understanding of shared services, managed services, and outsourcing; exposure to digital transformation, automation, and analytics in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)/Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) settings preferred; excellent verbal/written communication, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Travel may be required, depending on business and client needs
