Job Summary: Multi-faceted Inside Sales position which includes working on campaigns and strategic projects in collaboration with Curriculum field sales partners and other departments in the organization to increase incremental revenue. Drives revenue by responding to inbound customer inquiries and performing strategic customer outreach for new, residual, and expansive sales opportunities. Work Location:

Compensation Information:
- Hourly range of $22-$27 plus quarterly sales incentive plan.
What you'll do:
- Work collaboratively with field sales partners, managers and even across categories within the larger organization to achieve shared sales goals.
- Assist in driving strategic marketing campaigns such as new product launches, seasonally appropriate product promotions, local events (presentations, seminars, curriculum adoption road shows, trade shows, etc).
- Lead follow up after customer engagement with website form submissions, marketing campaigns, trade shows and promotions, etc.
- Assist in creating, delivering to customer, and following up on sales quotes through to order.
- Act as a liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Expectation to reach both activity and sales goals as set forth by management.
- Sales process and pipeline management in CRM (Salesforce): Creating, working and adjusting sales opportunities to reflect current stage of sales process with documented activities.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails in timely fashion. Correctly answer customer and internal inquiries around Curriculum offerings and assist in advancing the sales process.
- Assist with covering vacant territories, team overflow as needed.
- Overcome objections and effectively manage customer rejection.
- Participate in ongoing product and sales trainings, while also being responsible for self-study of products, territory market information and practical applications of solutions offered.
- Display consistency in word and action - model high standards of ethics and teamwork.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of sales experience (Inside Sales preferred) and/or 2 years' experience of teaching or leadership in primary or secondary education.
Education and/or Certifications Required:
- Associates' degree in a business-related field preferred; years of relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
