Your Role

The Application Services team plays a critical role in enhancing customer and technical collaboration while delivering all application development through a Platform and Technology Product Operation Model. The Sr Manager will report to the Director, IT Product Management. In this role you ensure successful delivery of engineering outcomes across platform or technology product teams but coordinating technical scope, timelines, and team velocity.

Your Knowledge and Experience

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Requires at least 10-year prior relevant experience, including 4 years of management experience

  • Requires strong understanding of Agile delivery models and backlog management
  • Requires ability to manage multiple complex workstreams and successfully interact with all levels of management
  • Requires understanding of advanced management approaches such as scheduling for internal & external resources, prioritizing across competing requests, budget management and oversight, coaching & mentoring direct reports, risk management, and delegation
  • Requires excellent verbal / written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
  • Desired experience with AI/ML concepts and tools
  • Desired expertise in best-practices process improvement or project management processes
  • Preferred healthcare experience in enrollment, billing & payment

Hybrid

This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into office two days each week.

Employees living more than 50 miles from an office location will work with their manager to determine in-office time based on business need.
