What You'll Do
- Lead projects from planning to delivery throughcoordinating collectionresources, troubleshooting and resolvingbottlenecks, and makingsure datasetsmeet requirements for AI development
- Create and run regulardata validation checksto catch errors or inconsistenciesin the dataset. Fix issues fast and build processes to stop them from happening again
- Optimizeways to collect more data, faster, without sacrificing quality. Automate repetitive tasks where it makes sense
- Translate dashboards and metrics into plain English for stakeholders.Conveyprogressupdates,what'sworking, what's not,and act upon those insights
- Work with engineers,data collection operators, andmoretocommunicate andprioritize data needs
- Stay ahead of tools and trends in data collection.Propose and testout new technologyand processesthat could speed up workflows or improve datasetquality &diversity
What You'll Bring
- Experiencemanaging data-heavy projects (AI/ML datasets, large-scale collection, or data pipelines)
- Comfort with JIRA, Excel, Confluence. Bonus points for SQL, Python, or data viz tools
- Ability torally teams, manage chaos, and hit deadlines without burningout yourselfor your teammates
- Experience creating andmaintainingdashboards that provide stakeholders with important insights
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, or sensor datapreferred

Expected Compensation
$72,000 - $108,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. |
