Position: Japanese Bilingual Office Administrator

Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Hours per week: Approximately 25 hours (between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM). Schedule is flexible - you can work 8 hours/day for 3 days/week or 5 hours/day for 5 days/week, depending on your preference.

A global company is seeking a Japanese-speaking Bilingual Office Administrator to support daily office operations, including order processing, basic office administration, and expense entry. This part-time, onsite role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has conversational Japanese skills.
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week (between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday). Schedule is flexible - you can work 8 hours/day for 3 days/week or 5 hours/day for 5 days/week, depending on your preference.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO:


  • Process purchase orders and communicate with vendors

    Perform basic office administration tasks, including filing, document preparation, and scheduling support

    Enter and track expenses accurately in company systems

    Provide support for other office tasks as needed

    Prepare and review business documents using Microsoft Word and Excel

    Create and verify documents using the company system

    Handle incoming phone calls and respond to emails

    Support general office operations, including light office maintenance



  • QUALIFICATIONS:
    Conversational Japanese bilingual skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    Previous office or administrative experience
    Experience with order processing using an ERP system is a plus.
