The Senior Director of Data & Reporting is the strategic leader responsible for the full lifecycle of data, reporting, and analytics supporting all Revenue functions, including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Partnerships. This role oversees both the enterprise reporting portfolio and the data engineering ecosystem that powers it-ensuring data is accurate, enriched, governed, and transformed into actionable insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

This leader manages highperforming teams across reporting, analytics, and data engineering; builds scalable data and reporting infrastructures; and partners closely with senior executives to influence strategy, optimize performance, and enable datadriven decision making. The ideal candidate thrives in fastpaced environments, excels at crossfunctional collaboration, and brings a visionary approach to modern data and reporting practices.

A Day In A Life Typically Includes:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams of reporting analysts, data engineers, and data governance specialists.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Set team priorities, define success metrics, and ensure timely, highquality delivery of data and reporting outputs aligned with business objectives.
  • Own the full portfolio of reports, dashboards, and analytics assets used across Revenue functions.
  • Establish governance standards for report quality, consistency, and lifecycle management.
  • Evaluate and modernize reporting tools, processes, and automation opportunities.
  • Manage intake and prioritization of reporting requests, ensuring clarity of requirements and alignment with business priorities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to refine needs, validate assumptions, and ensure reporting solutions meet expectations.
  • Develop and execute strategies for acquiring, integrating, and enriching sales and marketing data from internal systems and external providers.
  • Oversee vendor relationships with platforms such as Demandbase, HG Insights, Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), ZoomInfo, and Cognizant.
  • Implement advanced enrichment pipelines to improve segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign personalization.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Define standards for metadata management, lineage tracking, and stewardship across sales and marketing datasets.
  • Ensure data assets meet the needs of downstream reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with data engineering, BI development, and IT teams to build, enhance, and maintain scalable data and reporting solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee testing, validation, and rollout of new or updated data products and reports.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing insights that influence strategy, forecasting, and operational decision making.
  • Align data and reporting strategies with organizational objectives to support revenue growth and customer engagement.
  • Promote data literacy and empower teams with selfservice tools and best practices.
  • Champion the use of advanced technologies (AI/ML, predictive analytics, CDPs, Salesforce integrations) to unlock new opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the data and reporting ecosystem modern and competitive.
  • Lead organizational change by driving adoption of datadriven practices across departments.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in data management, analytics, reporting, or related fields, including experience working in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with sales and marketing data ecosystems and tools (e.g., Demandbase, HG Insights, D&B, ZoomInfo, Salesforce).
  • Experience translating data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with BI and analytics tools such as Domo, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience managing technical and analytical teams.
  • Experience communicating with all levels of an organization. Experience working with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience working with sales and marketing processes.
  • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and customer data platforms (CDPs).
  • Familiarity with predictive modeling, AI/ML, and cloudbased data architectures.
  • Experience working in a matrix structured environment.
  • Project management skills.

Location: Remote based role (Dallas, TX; Atlanta, GA)
