Project Manager II

Responsibilities:



  • Capture, track, and manage IPR and Program Action Items and Risks, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to track progress and identify potential delays.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver reports, briefings, and recommendations to IPTs, functional managers, and senior leadership.
  • Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive acquisition program documentation.
  • Input, update, and maintain program information in government-provided portfolio management tools (TMT, SharePoint, ADP, JIRA, Agility, Confluence)
  • Manage and monitor TMT Taskers and develop and distribute meeting agendas and minutes, document key decisions and action items.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, working groups, and schedules in support of program activities.
  • Prepare, organize, and schedule briefings, presentations, and supporting materials for PEO-T and program leadership.
  • Prepare, track, and manage program-related documents (e.g., RCA packages, WPR/IPR briefings, ISAs/MOAs/MOUs) through the review, approval, and delivery
  • Supporting Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, etc.) to facilitate program execution.



Required Experience:



  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Active SECRET security clearance.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of project coordination or administrative project support experience.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.



Nice to have:



  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition or IT programs.
  • Familiarity with government portfolio management, task tracking, or workflow tools.
