Crushing Superintendent
Leads and manages all aspects of the crushing operation, ensuring safety, production targets, equipment performance, and crew leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily crushing activities and production schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies
  • Manage, coach, and direct crushing crew members
  • Coordinate equipment, materials, and resources
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and optimize production efficiency
  • Conduct daily reporting and communicate progress to management

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in aggregate crushing operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of crushing equipment and heavy civil operations

Crushing Foreman
Supervises daily work of the crushing crew and supports the superintendent in maintaining safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily tasks of operators, mechanics, and laborers
  • Conduct safety meetings and inspections
  • Assist with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
  • Monitor production quality and output
  • Maintain accurate logs and documentation

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' crushing or heavy equipment experience
  • Ability to lead a crew and prioritize tasks
  • Strong commitment to safety

Loader Operators
Operate frontend loaders to feed the crusher, manage stockpiles, and support overall material handling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load material into crushers and screen plants safely and efficiently
  • Manage stockpiles and maintain clean working areas
  • Perform daily equipment inspections
  • Assist with minor equipment maintenance

Qualifications:

  • Experience operating large loaders in construction or mining
  • Ability to work in fastpaced production environments

Crusher Mechanics
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot crushing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment
  • Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements
  • Inspect equipment daily to identify potential failures
  • Assist operators with machine adjustments

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical experience with crushing or heavy industrial equipment
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, conveyors, and bearings
  • Ability to work in outdoor and rugged environments

Crusher Operators
Operate crushing and screening equipment to produce required aggregate specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate crushers, screens, and conveyors
  • Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist with plant setup
  • Ensure material quality meets production requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience in aggregate crushing preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong safety awareness
