IT Business Analyst - Industrial Coatings

As the IT Business Analyst - Industrial Coatings, you will partner with the business to lead the definition, development, and launch of digital, color, and equipment solutions. These solutions will create new revenue streams by transforming the customer digital experience for our customers globally.

You will report to the IT Director, Industrial Coatings.

Key Responsibilities

• In conjunction with the business digital product manager, lead the definition of global digital, color, and equipment solutions in collaboration with global strategic market managers and regional products managers to solve customer pain points.

• Assess digital, color and equipment technology solutions across regions and platforms.

• Develop digital, color, and equipment product and service technology roadmaps in target market segments to support our growth strategies.

• Evaluate market trends and perform competitive intelligence and benchmarking regarding digital customer experience, including Voice of Customer.

• Design user-centric features and experiences using personas and journey mapping techniques.

• Develop value propositions and marketing messaging for new solutions from value creation to value capture, from pain to strategy.

• Collaborate with internal team members, using assigned resources for product/solution development activities.

• Partner with leaders and teams to align value propositions and modernize go-to-market strategies with these solutions.

• Align new product launch process across regions to ensure excellent executions and successful rollout

• Help develop training on the solutions and their value propositions for our sales and service teams.

• Foster collaboration across software development, program management, and product management teams to ensure delivery of roadmap milestones.

• Develop strategic partnerships with software vendors and equipment partners to deliver a seamless digital customer experience.
