Summary of Primary Functions: Perform material ordering, receiving, distribution of materials and supplies and inventory control. Fill material requests at gate when necessary. Supervise Supply Clerks in daily functions of material control.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products.

• Initiate supply/material purchase requisitions and record monthly inventories.

• Check supply/material inventories against requirements.

• Control issue/return of hand tools.

• Direct the loading of materials/supplies onto carts per pour for beds, assist loading as required.

• Direct the unloading of delivery trucks, assist unloading as required.

• Supervise general housekeeping of warehouse area.

• Repair hand tools and stock bins with received material.

• Prepare orders to be shipped for erection with materials coming from material control.

• Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by Supervisor.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
