**Key Responsibilities**

* Engage with patients, offering assistance and ensuring a positive experience through best practices and personalized service.

* Resolve patient inquiries and issues promptly, upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.

* Proactively identify patient needs and offer valuable healthcare services, including patient consultations, medication management interventions, and drug therapy reviews.

* Administer clinical services such as immunizations and other wellness services (e.g., flu shots, diabetes awareness initiatives).

* Ensure strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and procedures in all clinical and operational activities.

* Uphold the highest standards of dispensing integrity, adhering to Good Faith Dispensing policies and all state and federal controlled substance laws.

* Maintain ultimate responsibility for ensuring the elements of Good Faith are present in the product review and retail fill processes.

* Continuously expand professional knowledge and skills by staying current with pharmacy journals, company communications, and industry developments.

* Pursue best practices in retail, management, and healthcare services to enhance performance and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

* Complete all necessary certifications, education credits, and internal training modules as assigned.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.

* Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant states.

* Certified Immunizer.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58.50 to $65 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
