Aquent is partnering with a global technology leader renowned for its innovative spirit and commitment to customer satisfaction. This organization is at the forefront of digital retail, constantly evolving to deliver exceptional online experiences. Are you ready to make a significant visual impact on a massive scale? We are looking for a talented and customer-focused designer to join a dynamic web retail design team for a six-month contract. In this role, you will be crucial in translating brand guidelines into compelling, web-ready visuals that enhance the user journey and captivate a global audience. You'll contribute directly to the visual appeal and functionality of a major online platform, ensuring high-quality design and optimal user experience across various digital touchpoints.

**What you'll do:**

* Design high-quality, web-ready visuals based on existing style guides and brand guidelines.

* Optimize digital images for download efficiency and web performance.

* Develop clean and effective graphic templates and style guides.

* Fulfill multiple project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

* Perform image production touch-ups.

* Execute colorizing, masking, and outlining tasks.

* Export images according to development specifications.

Create sprites for web applications.

* Design size chart images.

* Contribute to user experience (UX) for existing screens, adhering to established design system patterns.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 2-4+ years minimum experience in a web production environment.

* BA/BS in Design or equivalent practical experience.

* Excellent proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.

* Excellent attention to detail.

* Strong communication skills.

* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience in retail web design.

* Experience or knowledge of ImageMagick (must be open to learning this skill).
