Role Overview

As a key member of the Client Experience & Retail Excellence team, you will drive the execution of strategic initiatives through meticulous project management, logistics oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the operational backbone for brand programs, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.


Key Responsibilities

  • Operations & Order Management: Direct the full lifecycle of product ordering for all brands, encompassing order placement, fulfillment tracking, and nationwide distribution.
  • Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end management of seasonal nationwide gratis programs and holiday gifting, including strategic pack-out logistics.
  • Event Logistics: Orchestrate logistics for brand events and retailer shows; manage comprehensive timelines, product procurement, and guest/RSVP coordination.
  • Project Oversight: Maintain a master schedule for all active projects, ensuring all milestones are met with precision and deadlines are strictly upheld.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as a central hub for information, cascading key updates to internal and field teams while managing high-volume inquiries.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and sustain productive relationships with global and cross-functional business partners.
  • Creative Support: Draft detailed briefs for event invitations and production materials to ensure brand alignment.
  • Financial Administration: Support budget integrity by tracking expenditures, negotiating vendor contracts, opening purchase orders, and managing chargebacks.


Job Qualifications

  • Logistics Expertise: 2-4 years of proven experience in project management, event planning, and complex logistics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) are essential.
  • Multitasking & Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Exceptional organizational skills with a "strict regard" for deadlines and execution accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and diplomatic communication skills, capable of working effectively across various levels of the organization.
  • Proactive Approach: A self-starter who anticipates needs and resolves potential roadblocks before they impact the project.


The target hiring compensation for this role is $30.84/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
