**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive the investigation and analysis of complex abuse patterns and emerging trends to proactively identify product vulnerabilities and protect user trust.

* Lead rigorous investigations into fraudulent activities, ensuring strict enforcement of platform policies and maintaining a secure environment.

* Manage and resolve high-priority escalations, conducting in-depth reviews across various digital assets to ensure compliance and integrity.

* Develop and test hypotheses for intricate problems lacking clear solutions, defining quantitative metrics, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform critical decisions and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.

* Evaluate the performance of advanced technical models, including machine learning systems and classifiers, by computing key statistics and identifying subtle performance issues.

* Independently construct and execute highly complex and efficient data queries, generating robust and multi-faceted interpretations of findings.

* Innovate by identifying creative and impactful signals to enhance algorithmic performance (e.g., through feature engineering), applying deep domain expertise to uncover system gaps, implement scalable quality solutions, and expand data sourcing for action and training.

**Required Qualifications:**

* **Experience:** 5+ years of demonstrated experience in fraud detection, investigation, and anti-abuse data analysis.

* **Technical Proficiency:**

* Expertise in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.

* Proficiency in data analytics, extraction, and manipulation techniques.

* Strong understanding of code comprehension and general product infrastructure.

* Experience with automated systems and tools for incident management.

* **Domain Expertise:** Deep knowledge of abuse practices and patterns.

* **Problem-Solving:** Proven ability to apply situational leadership and project design principles to solve complex quality issues.

* **Product Acumen:** Strong product savviness to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement.
