Project Manager

Hill International is seeking a Project Manager in Washinton, DC

Hill is seeking to employ a Project Manager with MEP experience for a long-term, phased systems upgrade project in Washington, DC

• Serve as an on-site project manager with total responsibility for specific work packages as assigned
• Deliver all aspects of project management as an owner's representative including quality assurance, change order management, issue resolution, coordination, project controls, and reporting
• Work independently, but keep all project stakeholders informed and updated through effective and timely communication
  

• A minimum 8 years of relevant project management experience, some of which must include HVAC systems work
• Professional registration as a PE, CCM, or PMP is preferred
• Must be available to work full time onsite in Washington, DC
• Strong communication skills and an ability to coordinate between the contractor(s) and multiple client teams

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $134,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
