For more information, visitamplify.com. Amplify is seeking a Program Manager to lead our Engineering Excellence initiatives, a critical role in our multi-year platform strategy. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and driving efforts to ensure a stable, reliable, and high-quality experience for students, teachers, and administrators. The role involves managing three primary tracks for 2026: Back-to-School (BTS) 2026 reliability and performance, ai tooling adaption and measurement, and long-term engineering excellence. The Program Manager will focus on driving the organization towards sustained delivery velocity, predictability, and innovation by running a program where Amplify invests in its people, processes, and tooling to achieve those goals. You will serve as the central driver for engineering excellence initiatives, owning key metrics, and improving cross-team communication and alignment across the organization This is a contract role with an initial engagement of 6 months, extensible to 12 months.
