ABOUT THE POSITION: As a Marketing Project Specialist, you'll help coordinate and execute marketing initiatives that support both existing products and new product launches. Working with the Marketing Specialist, internal teams, and external agency partners, you'll manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows across campaigns, sales enablement tools, tradeshow activations, and digital content. This role ensures marketing materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on time while supporting the systems, reporting, and processes that keep marketing initiatives organized and moving forward.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: You're a highly organized marketing professional with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 5-7 years of marketing or project management experience, ideally within a manufacturing or product-focused environment. You enjoy coordinating complex initiatives, managing multiple priorities, and keeping projects moving forward while maintaining strong attention to detail. You communicate effectively with internal teams, agency partners, and stakeholders, ensuring marketing materials remain accurate, aligned with brand standards, and delivered on time. Experience working with marketing and project management tools such as Smartsheet, HubSpot, WordPress, and Microsoft or Google productivity platforms is helpful, and a PMM, Six Sigma, or other project management certification is a plus.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

You will PERFORM by:



  • Leading end-to-end Marketing project planning, scope, phase gate management, and execution from initiation through close, collaborating with the Marketing Specialist, cross-functional internal stakeholders, external agencies, and business partners to manage deliverables in alignment with Marketing strategy.
  • Developing and maintaining Marketing project plans, timelines, deliverable schedules, and workflow trackers while ensuring all project assets are produced, reviewed, approved, and delivered on time.
  • Managing external agencies and partners deliverables alongside internal teams to deliver Marketing projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Leading activation of brand and media strategies by maintaining media plans and advertising schedules and ensuring assets are created and delivered on time across all markets.
  • Reviewing agency-supported content across all media channels to ensure the J.W. Speaker brand is represented accurately and effectively.
  • Managing execution of tradeshow activations, including scheduling, coordination with Sales, internal stakeholders, and external agencies, and oversight of event footprint assets and inventory storage.


You will INNOVATE by:



  • Managing and maintaining Marketing project scope documents, workflow trackers, timelines, and status reporting, while identifying and mitigating risks and driving opportunities for efficiency and continuous improvement.
  • Supporting development of the ecommerce platform by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agency partners to build, maintain, and optimize the platform, product content, and data.
  • Supporting lead generation, KPIs, and metric reporting across all Marketing channels, including development of C-level reporting summaries.
  • Assisting with Market Research projects as needed.


You will EXPLORE by:



  • Collaborating on marketing agency project scopes and deliverables in coordination with Marketing Specialist across all Marketing projects, including tradeshow activations, media campaigns, sales enablement tools, and marketing collateral.
  • Executing and maintaining the CMS, ensuring accurate inputs, data, and content flow from Syteline through CMS and into all Marketing collateral and sales enablement tools.
  • Maintaining the Marketing asset management system, ensuring organization, accessibility, and appropriate governance of Marketing assets.
