Genesis10 is currently seeking a Sr Project Manager for a contract position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH. This is a 3+ month contract to hire opportunity the requires 4 days per week onsite. Compensation: $65.00 - 75.00 per hour, W2, depending on experience and skill level. This role involves providing leadership to support the development, implementation, and completion of small to medium size projects with low to medium visibility and risk. The selected candidate will work with business sponsors to establish project scope, deliverables, budget, and schedule, utilizing both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet customer needs. Responsibilities: Provide leadership for bank branch or remote office type solutioning and deployments, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously Manage 6-8 projects or efforts on average Handle equipment ordering and financial tracking for projects Build out detailed project plans and drive them to completion Assemble the project team and manage the project on an on-going basis to identify risks, implement changes, and monitor progress Deliver executive-level status reporting Requirements: Experience managing projects in a corporate environment Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects and efforts effectively Advanced soft skills for indirect management of IT SMEs, resources, and vendors Proficiency in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Comfortable and able to deliver status reports to an executive level Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
