Position Overview Serves as the UNT Health Fort Worth university official responsible for knowledge of Title IX regulations, OCR reporting requirements, and related federal compliance frameworks. responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and overseeing compliance with all aspects of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act (VAWA) and Campus SaVe Act. Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting sensitive case data to produce accurate, timely compliance reports. Ability to maintain secure, detailed records and use data systems to monitor case progress, identify trends, and support institutional decisionmaking. Proven capacity to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership while ensuring adherence to confidentiality and regulatory standards. Responsible for monitoring the ongoing publication of the university's related regulations and policies, compliant investigation of complaints and overall activities for compliance with Title IX requirements; and assuring dissemination of the grievance procedure. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in counseling, psychology, or other related field, and three years of experience investigating and resolving allegations of sexual misconduct/sexual violence, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation or in administering a comprehensive program addressing Title IX compliance; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, or training. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities *Demonstrated knowledge of non-discrimination laws and regulations, including Title IX, Title VII (Civil Rights compliance) and all related areas of Equal Opportunity, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, discrimination, related retaliation and other applicable laws and regulations and experience in complaint resolutions and investigations Preferred Qualifications *Five years of experience investigating and resolving allegations of sexual misconduct/sexual violence, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation or in administering a comprehensive program addressing Title IX compliance; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
