General Summary: Under the direction of the Director of Sales, assist in all areas of sales operations including attaining sales goals, quotas and objectives in accordance with overall corporate goals, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include:



  • Coordinate sales projects that support corporate and departmental objectives.
  • Administer Sales Representative compensation and commission programs, including monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports, goals, and account updates while supporting Regional Sales Managers.
  • Assist with development of sales policies, training, orientation, recognition, and Sales Representative development programs.
  • Support sales operations by maintaining industry memberships, and tracking promotions and events.
  • Coordinate and assist in making travel arrangements for Director of Sales, Director of Marketing, Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
  • Assist with onboarding new Sales Representatives, maintain team records, and review expense reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong analytical, communication, and telephone skills.
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems.


Education and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of office administration experience.
  • Sales experience preferred, prior management or supervisory experience a plus
