26-02407 Position Overview
The IT Vendor/Contract Manager supports the management of the IT contractor workforce and vendor relationships, serving as the operational and financial point of coordination across staffing vendors, internal project managers, procurement, and accounting. This role ensures accurate contract administration, timekeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking, maintaining financial oversight across multiple vendors and projects. Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with multiple staffing vendors and oversee ~17 IT contractors across projects
Administer full lifecycle of staff augmentation contracts (new, amendments, renewals, closeouts)
Track contractor billing rates, project allocations, and vendor deliverables
Support financial governance for $10M CAPEX and $28M OPEX budgets, including forecasting and monthly reporting
Create and reconcile purchase orders, ensuring alignment with contracts and project milestones
Review and approve contractor timesheets and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
Generate reports on contractor utilization, vendor spend, and project cost allocations
Utilize VNDLY for timekeeping and invoicing; Oracle for PO creation and financial reconciliation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing staff augmentation programs, vendor contracts, or IT vendor operations
Strong financial acumen with FP&A, budget tracking, and forecasting experience
Familiarity with VMS (VNDLY) and ERP systems (Oracle)
Background supporting IT departments or large enterprise environments
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
