DESCRIPTION:

As an MRF Supervisor with us the minimum responsibilities are:

* Monitor daily operations, adjust staffing, and reassign employees as needed.
* Develop and execute safety goals to keep our team and community safe.
* Review and resolve customer concerns related to post-collection programs.
* Leadperformance reviewsand coaching conversations.
* Set short- and long-term goals for transfer stations and execute action plans.
* Take on additional responsibilities as needed

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

* Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performance.
* 2+ years ofleadershipexperience in a dynamic, people-driven environment.
* Strong written and interpersonalcommunication skills.
* Knowledge with conveyors and bearings
* Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
* Intermediate to advanced skills inMS Exceland business systems.
* Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
