Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Process Specialist (Lead), you shape how work gets done at ASML. In this role, you collaborate with colleagues across departments and guide continuous improvement. Your actions help drive operational excellence, support innovation, and empower others to succeed. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and improve key business processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Develop and implement practical solutions that align with ASML's strategic goals.
  • Monitor process changes and measure their effectiveness over time.
  • Support teams in adopting new ways of working and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and shared understanding.
  • Report progress and outcomes to leaders and contribute to decision-making.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a similar role.
  • Experience working in a high-tech or international environment is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies is preferred.

The current base annual salary range for this role is currently:

$70,875-106,313

Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.

The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company's 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
