Position Summary The Visiting Research Associate II for the 988/Crisis Hub will provide administrative coordination and support for research, communication, and policy and community engagement at local levels throughout the state for the successful implementation of Illinois' 988. This position will be collaboratively as part of the project team for the 988 implementation and associated initiatives, including 590, 400, CESSA, and others. The project team activities will involve shared contributions for project management, information management, relationship management and communications, training, reporting, and quality improvement, and ensure that team activities are seamless, individualized, and appropriate for each of the communities across the state. Duties & Responsibilities This position will carry out the general tasks and duties of research associates and will support and coordinate administrative project management with a focus on the following responsibilities: o Assist in data collection and analysis for the administration of online surveys and assessments to a statewide audience, coordinate communications, collection, and storage of survey results. o Support analysis plans, report-writing, and dissemination of results; prepare reports including visual and narrative summaries of qualitative and quantitative data. o Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the execution of tasks, including but not limited to improving administrative and operational systems and platforms related to the program. Convening and Committee Participation Communications Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
