*Location (100% Onsite, No Travel Required):* Lake Zurich, Illinois 600471560, United States *Schedule:* Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 1Hour Lunch *Start Date:* March 30, 2026 *** About the Role* Join a global, fastgrowing organization as an *International* *Customer Service Representative*, where you'll support customers across the world with product inquiries, order processing, and international shipments, *mostly via Email.* This role blends customer service, logistics, documentation, and international business-perfect for someone who loves variety and problemsolving. You'll work onsite at a friendly workplace with approximately 40 office team members and an attached warehouse, creating an environment where collaboration and support are part of everyday operations. *** What You'll Do* *** Order & Shipment* Coordination * Receive, process, and manage international product orders, primarily via Email but also over the phone when applicable * Coordinate global shipments with distribution staff * Prepare and verify accurate export documentation * Ensure *ontime and successful deliveries* *** Customer Support* * Respond to customer and sales inquiries by email (and phone when needed) * Provide product, availability, and shipping information * Resolve questions, issues, and create customer quotes * Maintain accurate customer records and databases * Recommend alternative products or shipment options *** International Business* Support * Work closely with all levels of the organization to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction *** What We're Looking For* *MustHaves:* * 3-5 years of international customer service experience * OR * BA degree + 2-4 years of manufacturing customer service experience * Experience with *international order entry* * *ERP system* experience * *Bachelor's degree preferred* (Associate's degree also acceptable) *** Compensation & *Growth * *Starting Pay:* $20.00 per hour * *Pay Increase After 6 Months:* Additional *$1-$2/hour* upon permanent hire *** Benefits (Upon Permanent Hire)* * *Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance -* * Medical (BlueCross) * Dental & Vision (MetLife) * *Company-paid life insurance* * $25,000 policy * *Short-term disability insurance* * *401(k)* retirement plan * *Paid holidays* after 90 days * *Paid vacation & personal time* per Employee Handbook *** Training* & Interview Process * Training timeline: *Approximately 6 months* * Interview process: * 2 rounds... * 20-minute virtual interview with hiring manager * 30-minute face to face interview with hiring manager * *Interviews must be completed by March 23* *** Launch Your Global* Career If you're detailoriented, enjoy supporting customers, and want a role that blends service, logistics, and international business, this International Customer Service representative opportunity in *Lake Zurich, IL* could be the perfect next step. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palatine, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
