*Call Center Representative - Tuition Assistance Program*
Location: Westminster/Broomfield, Colorado ContracttoHire | FullTime *About the Role* We are seeking Call Center Representatives to support a large organization's Tuition Assistance Program.In this role, you will assist employees who are using benefits such as tuition reimbursement, certificate programs, and other education initiatives. This is aa structured, policy-driven environment where you will guide customers through clearly defined processes. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide phone support for users accessing the tuition assistance portal (login help, navigation, account questions) * Walk callers through documentation submission requirements and help identify missing or incorrect documents * Assist employees who are new to the benefit, explaining policy-driven guidance * Reference program policies to provide clear, accurate, consistent answers * Maintain detailed case notes and follow standardized procedures * Deliver professional, empathetic customer service in a fastpaced, structured environment * Training & Work Arrangement* * Onsite for first 90 days: Broomfield, CO office * Remote after training (performance dependent) * Schedule: Monday-Friday between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM * must be flexible within this full-time window *Additional Skills & Qualifications* MUST HAVE: -1-2+ years of customer service/administrative experience -Ability to use 1-3 systems at the same time (someone needs experience with CRMs, Outlook, online forums, etc.) -Seen a lot of success with candidates coming from the Banking industry (Teller, Personal Banker), Admin from the Healthcare industry -Someone who has independent troubleshooting skills -Attention to detail is required in this role -Understanding the significance of the conversation (this someone's several thousand dollars they are waiting on) -Someone who can handle escalated/frustrated conversations -Someone who has tough skin and can handle difficult conversations NICE TO HAVE: -Some experience with working with College Admissions (larger understanding with education) -Previous college experience (Community College, Associates, Bachelors, etc.) -Someone who has had to deal with sensitive situations in a past employment role / emotional intelligence for these conversations *Experience Level* Entry Level *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Westminster, CO. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
