*Job Title: MSR Fraud Specialist**Job Description*Join our dynamic team as an MSR Fraud Specialist, where you will respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information about our products and services, showcasing your knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and excellent customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and/or other accounts, advising members on products and services that may suit their needs, and providing opportunities for positive member interaction.
*Responsibilities* * Respond to member inquiries and requests in a high-volume, structured contact center environment. * Provide information about products and services with knowledge and active listening. * Adapt to multiple systems and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience. * Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members on products and services that meet their needs. * Engage in positive interactions with members. *Essential Skills* * Proficiency in customer service and data entry. * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a call center. * Ability to comply with policies in a high-volume call environment. * Adaptability to a very structured environment. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist roles. * Background in banking/mortgage, professional, or high-volume retail environments. *Why Work Here?*Join the largest credit union in the world and serve the financial needs of our military and their families worldwide. Be prepared to handle back-to-back calls for extended periods. *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berryville, VA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
