Secondary Skills - Nice to Haves Role Overview The Product Manager is responsible for the endtoend success of a product or portfolio of products, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business objectives. This role owns the full product lifecycle-from strategy and market evaluation through development, launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization. This role plays a critical part in shaping how products deliver value to customers and the business. The Product Manager ensures that innovation is intentional, outcomes are measurable, and cloud offerings continue to evolve in ways that matter. The ideal candidate brings strong product leadership, crossfunctional influence, and datadriven decisionmaking to drive outcomes across engineering, architecture, sales, and customer stakeholders. Key Responsibilities 1) Product Strategy & Vision: - Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for assigned products, aligning customer value with the clients business goals. - Evaluate market opportunities through customer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends, identifying areas where their unique capabilities can create differentiation. - Translate strategic vision into actionable product initiatives with measurable outcomes. 2) Product Development & Delivery - Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, design, sales, and operations teams to define, prioritize, and deliver product capabilities. - Own product requirements, backlog prioritization, and feature tradeoffs to ensure timely and highquality delivery. - Lead product development and launch activities, including enablement, internal communications, and readiness. 3) Business & Financial Ownership - Develop and maintain business plans, financial models, and opportunity validation for products and initiatives. - Define, track, and report on adoption metrics, business performance, and ROI. - Use data analysis to guide decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product performance. 4) Lifecycle Management - Manage the full product lifecycle, including introduction, growth, maturity, and decline. - Continuously assess business and customer signals to evolve product positioning and investment strategy. - Identify opportunities for expansion, enhancement, or rationalization based on performance and market dynamics. 5) Stakeholder & CrossFunctional Collaboration - Serve as the primary product point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. - Communicate product strategy, priorities, and progress clearly and effectively to executive and crossfunctional audiences. - Build strong partnerships across the organization to drive alignment, adoption, and shared accountability. 6) User Experience & Adoption - Advocate for the end user and customer experience, ensuring products are intuitive, valuable, and easy to adopt. - Partner with enablement and gotomarket teams to drive successful product adoption and usage. - Gather feedback postlaunch to inform continuous improvement.
