Job Description Responds to inquires received via e-mail and by telephone from established accounts and sales force relating to product and availability, shipping and general company information, as well as processes and coordinates all documents relating to international ordering and shipments. Must understand the many facets of international business to assure the highest level of service to our customers. * Receive and process all international orders for products * Coordinate international shipments * Identify and prepare necessary export documents for delivery, cooperating with distribution department, and making sure of completion of a timely and successful delivery * Resolve customer inquiries and complete all customer quote requests * Set up and maintain customer database with accurate updates * Understand and interpret terms and conditions, special pricing agreements, and customer contracts * Assist and support international department with marketing analysis, report writing, and travel arrangements * Interact and cooperate with every level of the organization to ensure the highest level of service to our customers * Minimum international traveling Skills Customer service, order entry, email, erp system, International, Customer support, Call center, Office 365, microsoft office Qualifications Must Haves: - 3-5 years of international customer service experience OR someone with BA Degree and 2-4 years of manufacturing customer service - order entry of international customers - ERP systems - BA Degree (highly preferred) would also look at associates degree Nice Haves: - Microsoft Excel for tracking data and order entry - Professional Client Emailing Skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Zurich, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
