*Shift Details*
* *Schedule:* Friday-Sunday, 6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m., *plus 4 additional hours during the week* (flexible-consultant may choose when to work them) * *Onsite:* 5 days per week *Role Overview* This position supports both the centralized Service Desk and onsite plant operations, with responsibilities split *50% Service Desk* and *50% handson support* at this specific location. While most of the broader Service Desk team is based in Oshkosh, WI or Evansville, IN, this role serves as the primary onsite technical resource for the plant. The organization is expanding its internal Service Desk capabilities and transitioning work back from a managed service provider, creating strong longterm opportunities. This is a *12month contract* with a high likelihood of extension or potential conversion. *Day-to-Day Responsibilities* * Serve as *firstlevel phone support* for end users via phone, email, and chat * Use *ServiceNow* to manage and resolve tickets * Troubleshoot issues remotely when possible; escalate onsite issues that cannot be resolved by the central Service Desk * Provide handson technical assistance for hardware, software, and user support needs * Collaborate with other infrastructure and support teams as needed *Technical Environment* * Windows 10 / Windows 11 * ServiceNow * Office 365 (O365 / M365) * Active Directory * General hardware support, password resets, and user account administration *Ideal Candidate* This role is wellsuited for an *entrylevel IT professional* looking to gain realworld experience in a large enterprise environment, as well as candidates with prior *Service Desk or Help Desk Analyst* experience. Familiarity with O365 and Active Directory is highly preferred.
