Case Resolution Specialist Location: Onsite, 5 days Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Contract Length: 6 months (possible extension) Overview TEKsystems is seeking a Case Resolution Specialist to support our enterprise healthcare insurance partner in Honolulu. This role is ideal for a detailoriented professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering highquality member and provider support. The specialist will be responsible for handling complex cases, appeals, grievances, and inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. This is an onsite position at the client's corporate center. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and at least one year of related work experience * OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Strong ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and resolve problems * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications * Experience in the healthcare industry * Experience providing customer service or case support * Strong critical thinking and advanced problemsolving abilities Key Responsibilities * Perform indepth analysis of complex, sensitive member and provider appeals, grievances, and inquiries * Apply internal policies, procedures, contractual provisions, and regulatory requirements to case reviews * Gather and consolidate research from multiple sources and present comprehensive case summaries to management and decisionmakers * Collaborate with supervisors, coordinators, providers, members, and internal stakeholders to support organizational objectives and compliance standards * Identify member issues, education needs, and trends; report findings to management and recommend solutions * Monitor new regulations, standards, business changes, and processes that may impact member advocacy or appeals * Assist in coordinating crossdepartmental process changes as directed by management Why Join TEKsystems?
