Top Skills * 4+ years of experience in an IT Support or End User Computing role * Office 365 and Exchange troubleshooting and support * VPN connectivity support and experience working in MFA environments * Whiteglove support for users at all levels * Active Directory user account administration and security access management * PowerShell scripting for basic automation and administration * Mobile device support (iOS and Android) Key Responsibilities * Serve as a primary point of contact for enduser computing support, ensuring timely and professional resolution of issues * Manage service requests and incidents by accurately logging, prioritizing, and resolving tickets through a service desk platform * Perform rootcause analysis and implement temporary or permanent fixes to restore service efficiently * Support onboarding by provisioning hardware, software, and system access for new users * Deliver enduser training and guidance on IT tools, systems, and best practices * Create, update, and maintain technical documentation * Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software assets Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
